ECOTHERAPY & SPIRITUAL COACHING

What you seek, seeks you, and in the silence of the sacred you begin to find your truths - Words that came to me one day, at a sacred spot, that are forever inspiring and now the moto of Ecoinnersense.

A new updated video of Leah is currently being edited and will appear here soon, saying hello and describing what Ecotherapy & Spiritual Coaching is.

“The land knows you, even when you are lost.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why is the programme one-year long? You'll see!

Can I commit to a shorter time period? Yes, 4-months or 8-months.

Can I get a refund if it's not right for me? No. You will pay upfront for 4-months, that's £433. Because Ecoinnersense takes payments via PayPal, you can pay the £433 in three interest-free installments through PayPal itself.

I'm doing the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage through Asturias, can we meet in person? It's possible.

Are you a therapist? No. I have no professionally accredited therapy training. For me, and many ecotherapeutic practitioners, simply being in Nature is therapeutic. I'm certified in ecotherapy, etc.

Can I take a break? Life happens, so yes of course.

I'm scared of being in Nature alone, is this still right for me? Yes, many people are. We'll work at your pace to meet your circumstances and needs. Not all activities are based outside in Nature. Exercises are tailored to you, so these may also include visiting sacred buildings or museums, or exploring cities, creative media or a garden etc.

I'm already connected with Nature and/or my spirituality, so is this worth it? Absolutely. You'll deepen your connection further. We never stop growing and our purpose, perspectives and extraordinary experiences are ever flowing and evolving.

Do I have to be religious? No. For me, I don't follow a religion, but I am spiritual and have pantheistic beliefs. I'm fascinated by the diversity of religions and their evolution though. I even study religious and spiritual experience at MA level, and have an almost toppling bookshelf on the topic.

Can I be outdoors during our 1-2-1 sessions? 100% yes, if you want to, but you don't have to.

I want to focus on spiritual coaching rather than Nature-based work, is that possible? Yes, many people prefer to focus on one or the other, spiritual coaching or ecotherapy, but many people also combine them as they weave together naturally.

I'm bed ridden at home or in hospital, can I still do this? Yes. It would be my honor to support you. I'd bring Nature's essence and/or a sense of spirituality to where you are, and provide you with my deep listening and conversation.

Are you a psychic medium? I wouldn't call myself a psychic medium. However, I do have some psychic abilities and commune with my spirit guides and Nature often. I also have a deep sense of intuition, seership and very high levels of empathy.

Do you provide tarot readings? Not for reading the future, no. But, if requested, I work closely with the tarot to help people connect with Nature and spirituality. We explore the imagery and essence of the cards through an intuitive coaching approach.

Why do you do this? This is the most commonly asked question. Well, I'm obsessed by helping Nature and spirit (when I say spirit, I mean whatever spirit means to you; not specifically in the sense of spirits of people who've passed over, or God, or Nature spirits, elementals or angels, etc. but maybe!); especially, to help people to "remember" themselves and their human potential without the overload of everyone's opinions. I believe the answers you seek can be found deep within you, in the quiet of Nature and sacred space. I'm not interested in the "power" of coaching (that shocks people usually, but I'd never call myself a coach I just fell into its 'category' and I'm very good at it!). I'm fascinated by the "power" of people that has evolved over millennia, which I believe many have forgotten. See my bio to understand more. And, Nature needs us to reconnect; listen to Aurora's awakening song in this YouTube video.

“One touch of nature makes the whole world kin.”

– William Shakespeare
