Are you religious? I believe humans are spiritual by nature, so I personally feel like a spiritual being. I hold pantheistic and animistic beliefs and I do believe in 'God' in my own way. But, I do not follow a specific religion; although, I study Religious Experience and learn as much as I can about ancient religions and sacred geography. I respect all religions and am fascinated by indigenous cultures, Druidry, Western Shamanism, Celtic Christianity and European Paganism.

Can I get a refund? No. You will pay upfront for whichever sessions or packages you choose; so perhaps it's best to book single sessions first until you get to know and trust me. Also, book a free consultation to check if we 'gel' to work together before you spend your money. Important Note on help with payments: You can currently pay in 3 interest free installments through PayPal if you're eligible for this. It is why Ecoinnersense chose PayPal to ensure most people could afford sessions. And, Ecoinnersense supports three people on a reduced rate per year - just ask if you are genuinely struggling with money; you could always pay-it-forward by volunteering for a cause close to your heart, or help me out by providing me with a testimonial, making others aware of my work or sharing a skill.

What frequency would you recommend? The most popular option is fortnightly. However, this depends on you and your preferences, finances and situation. People who are feeling highly anxious about their purpose may chose weekly sessions to help them gain a quicker sense of calm and vision. People who have a had a profound non-ordinary experience may wish to start on fortnightly or weekly sessions, then reduce to once monthly sessions. Your choice basically.

What days and times do you provide sessions? Various times on Mondays and Tuesdays 8am-8pm (UTC) and on Wednesdays 8am-1pm (UTC). I head off to my isolated cabin the rest of the week to write, work the land, monitor wildlife and to connect with Nature.

What is coaching? All of my sessions take a predominant coaching approach; at least to begin with. Your coach's noticing, questions, intuition, reflections and relevant 'homework' exercises can help you to set goals and find the answers within yourself; especially in the silence of Nature and sacred place. Who knows, Nature and spiritual experiences may even provide some signs for you on your path! Coaching is not therapy. Coaching gives you a lot of space to talk things through and to gain clarity, self-inspiration or even 'lightbulb moments'. Co-creatively with Nature and/or me as your coach, you'll likely find the clues, answers, understanding and senses hidden within you; they may just need a little nudge to come out. A coaching approach can help to bring answers and senses to the surface, which can be extremely powerful. Because, when you realise you have the solution, a 'knowing', and/or potential within you, you can feel liberated and empowered; shifting you on a much grander scale and enabling you to be 'you' and more confident in yourself.

What's the difference between mentoring and coaching? Mentoring is quite different to coaching and can involve the mentor sharing their own relevant experiences, specialist knowledge and stories to help guide you to reflect on your own path e.g. their spiritual or mystical experiences or knowledge of them, how they found their own purpose, their hurdles to connecting with Nature on a spiritual level, etc. A mentor would check how their sharing's 'sit with you' or how it 'feels for you' so you too can find your own way and explore your personal beliefs and perspectives. In mentoring you tend to learn something new from the other person who has extensive experience in the topic they're sharing. Sometimes we can switch for a short while to mentoring in a session, if that's genuinely right for you and if I hold the knowledge/experience to do so. I would make this switch very clear in the session and gain your permission to do it first. Neither coaching nor mentoring involve me giving you advice; I will never tell you what to do; although, I will provide exercises for you to complete in-between sessions to help you explore further. Predominantly coaching, though, is my preferred method to support you.

Where can I find testimonials and reviews on your mentoring and coaching? You can find some 1-2-1 client testimonials HERE and LinkedIn recommendations from employers, managers, co-workers, trainees, group participants and my clients on LinkedIn HERE. I'm not pushy for reviews! You can also watch some videos of me working with young people and emerging leaders, five years ago, on my YouTube playlist

Can I take a break if I book a block of sessions? Life happens, so yes of course.

Do you only work with young people? No, I work with all ages. In fact, I have a feeling that my clients have spanned all age brackets now, up to their mid eighties.

If I need to cancel, what notice do I need to provide you with to ensure I still get my session in the future and don't loose my money? If you're ill or have an unexpected emergency you'll need to provide at least 3 hours notice, but if it's for other reasons the more notice the better so I can re-arrange my time. Most practitioners ask for at least 24 or 48-hours notice to cancel or you'll loose your money. I find that unfair - It's rare to know the day before if you're going to be sick or have an emergency and I respect that. Obviously, if it repeatedly happens I may step back from working with you as it'll cost me!

I'm scared of being in Nature, is this still right for me? Being in Nature is only a recommendation for purpose coaching and spiritual experiences support - you don't have to go outdoors at all. Many people are scared of being in Nature, especially alone. We'll work at your pace to meet your circumstances, location and needs. Museums, art galleries, tropical houses, cemeteries, Nature reserves, churches, allotments, parks, urban wildlife, garden centres, your garden or window view, hiking trails etc. are some examples of where my clients may go to complete exercises in-between our sessions, if they'd like to be outside.

I'm doing the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage through Asturias, can we meet in person? It's certainly possible, yes.

Can I be outdoors during our 1-2-1 sessions? 100% yes, if you want to, but you don't have to.

I'm bedridden/stuck at home/in hospital, can I still do this? Yes. It would be my honor to support you. I'd provide you with my deep listening and conversation. A little imagination can be wonder-filled alongside stories, sounds, imagery, videos, looking at the sky, dreaming, guided meditations and so on.

Are you a therapist? No. And I do not provide therapy. For the past two years I led a team of 20+ wellbeing coaches and therapists (see my LinkedIn to find out more). But, I am not a therapist and I am aware of my ethical boundaries. Since I lived in Ecuador, 13-years ago, I have worked with psychotherapists, psychiatrists and counsellors in liaison roles to support their communication with clients, their client's sense of safety and by providing matching services. Becoming a therapist, though was never an interest of mine, nor was psychology - the spirit, senses and soul intrigue me much more. I have studied ecotherapy, though, which I find very powerful for my own therapeutic needs. And, by getting to know my ecological-self, as a part of Nature, was life-enhancing for me.

Are you psychic? I do have highly-active extra-sensory abilities, most people do but sometimes they lie dormant, and I trained as a medium between the ages of 16-19 years old; I'm 41 now. I mostly work with these abilities to psychically sense and/or commune with Nature. I have a deep sense of intuition and exceptionally high levels of empathy. I also sense, quite strongly, memories captured in 'place'; especially sacred sites (this started abruptly when I had my first spiritual experience!).

Do you provide tarot readings? If requested, I work closely with Tarot and Oracle cards to help people connect and commune with Nature, their values and purpose or spirituality. We explore the imagery and essence of the cards through intuition, other senses and symbology. These explorations are not fortune telling and they don't predict the future. And, I must legally inform you that any engagement with Tarot or Oracle cards is for entertainment purposes only.

Why do you sometimes say you're a Nature Mystic? I recently wrote a story for GreenSpirit's newsletter that partially answers this question if you'd like to have a read of it. It is mostly related to some significant spiritual experiences I had and moments of Nature communion that changed my life forever; during which I received guidance, healing and a new endeavour from Nature. I was inspired to use the term when reading the wonderful works of late biologist, author and scholar of religious experience Sir Alister Hardy. Also, don't forget to check out the stories and imagery in my blog.

If you're so isolated, what's your internet connection like? I have two homes, one in a mountain village of just 15 residents where I work half the week. You can see the view from my office window at the bottom of the previous page 'About Leah'. It's connected to super reliable high-speed fiberoptic wifi; the highest available on the market in Europe (yep, I'm lucky to be in a zone with a rural internet connection initiative). My other home is a very isolated off-grid cabin at the peak of a mountain range with no neighbours at all, nor signal (there's a photograph of its upper outlook below and a few others on the previous page too 'About Leah'). You'll notice I only hold our 1-2-1 sessions in the village because of this.

Why do you do this? Because it's my calling - I love supporting people to seek to understand their spiritual experiences and their life's purpose and calling. Also, I ardently believe the answers you may seek (or those that unexpectedly arise through extraordinary experiences) can be found deep within you in the quiet of Nature, contemplation and sacred places. My wish is for all people to realise their natural human potential.
