Includes a 90-minute introductory call and 6 one-hour Ecoinnersense sessions held once monthly online, or in-person if you're based in Asturias Spain. There are 24 deeply reflective exercises for you to complete in Nature in-between sessions. One exercise will be released weekly over the six-month engagement. If completed within 7-days, Leah will provide written reflections and extra questions on your weekly insights.

Weekly exercises vary and may include:

- Pre-recorded video instructions, ecotherapeutic stories & presentations

- Exercise instructions in pdf format

- Links & recommended reading & watching

- Audio meditations & guided visualisations, etc.
